Connecting to Juniper VPN server

I am using ISA 2000 and am trying to allow my users to connect to a
business partner over a Juniper VPN connection. The inital page displays,
but the connection never completes. It appears that the VPN server is
doing some kind of redirection that breaks ISA (I see a message like this
partnerhost:80 127.0.1.10. When the connection bombs, ISA displays a
11004 host not found error message.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? I am running out of ideas on
how to troubleshoot.
