Change Admin Password

Hello,
mayby this one is a stupid question but I'm a rookie on configuring ISA
server...
I set up a Win2k machine for ISA server and I initially set the admin
password blank. Since ISA server is installed I cannot change the local
admin password, even if I stop the firewall service.
Hope someone can help me out of this...
