I've restarted the machine a few times already. Still not working :)

Did you restart the ISA services?

Everything was working, then I had to change the IP address of my ISA
Server, and now everything is broken! Note that although I changed the IP
address, I did not change the NETBIOS name of the machine.

I am unable to ping from the ISA Server to another machine, let alone the
other way around. I haven't change my packet filters, they're setup to
allow all traffic.

Can someone please help?

Thanks, Ryan
