No; the ISAs do that interactively for each request.
Ideally, you should have DHCP and DNS support, but a DNS alias pointing to
the ISA array is usually sufficient.

Don't I need to use the script to determine which server in the Cache
Array Routing Protocol (CARP) contains the requested URL?
Does the auto discovery also do this?
I set up WPAD by creating an alias in DNS for each ISA server. I selected
auto discovery in ISA client config. Is this correct?
