Cannot View My Own Website?

Since installing ISA server as a Firewall only. After installing the =
Firewall
client on my PC's I can't access my own website?
The W2K domain is the same as my website e.g. www.mydomain.co.uk
Client's without the firewall client can access teh website no problem.=20
The website is hosted by our ISP and is not internal.
