Cannot Install Client!

Since I have disabled NetBIOS from my ISA box completely, the only way "in"
is with the terminal services client or with FTP (which I am running on the
ISA box). Before I did this, I copied the contents of the mspclnt share
point to a local machine.
I just did a fresh install of Win2K-AS, applied Win2K-SP2, then IE55-SP2.
Then I copied the mspclnt stuff to a local directory and ran setup. I am
getting this error:
Internal Error 2755. 3, O:\MS_FWC.msi.
Install Wizard was completed with an ERROR!
The wizard was interrupted before Microsoft Firewall
Client could be completely installed.
Blahblahblah....
