and also , we can trace the IP which Skype connect to and then block access to
this IP
But , Steve
I searched in Applications in ISA and didn't find application signature for
Skype, or MSN
Would you please show me where I can find It

And then it will use port 80.
Skype and all messaging apps need to be blocked by the application
signature.

block the application using group policies ,
but any smart user can rename the exe name and make it work
again . in my case it works perfect
