Blocking HTTPS

I am having issue trying to block google mail in a school.  I have added
www.gmail.com to a destination set and am blocking this fine.  The only
problem is that if you go to google's site itself, google mail can be
accessed from an https site that I am having no success in blocking.

The site is: 
https://www.google.com/accounts/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&continue=http%3A%2F%2Fmail.google.com%2Fmail%2F%3Fui%3Dhtml%26zy%3Dl&ltmpl=wsad&ltmplcache=2


Is there a certain way to list https sites in destination sets that
accomplish them to be denied to the user?
