Ban all streaming audio/videoUnfortunately, all streaming technologies can use
HTTP.

The further answer is to block the content that's associated with them.
1. Go to "Policy Elements", "Content Groups", you'll find "Audio" and "Video"
lists.
2. Add ".wma" and ".asf" to the Audio section and ".wmv" to the video section.
3. Create a Site and Content Rule that denies those content types for everyone.

Is just eliminating the MMS and PNM protocols enough?

Does streaming audio/video use any other protocols?
