Authentication Problem

Hi Guys.....i have severals question regarding isa server Please help me
and guide me in right way....
Q.1 my first question is in my windows 2003 server i create the one
security group for isa servers user then i simply add users in this group
after this when i define protocols and access poilcy then in applies to
section i select user group of internet but some where i got problems
specially in yahoo messager and hotmail pop3 outlook email download
through microsoft outlook display error ISA REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION ...and
in yahoo user are connecting to yahoo messenger but it will not go through
yahoo rooms but when i use client address set for same policy then every
thing is ok users are using chat rooms of yahoo and outlook express for
hotmail email.....
Q.2 i have a exchnage server now i want to enable microsoft Outlook Web
Access My exchange server behind isa server i have a fix ip now how i can
redirect outbound request to internal network means if user want to use
outlook webaccess from internet then how i can do this ....
