An error occurred while reading configuration information

I just got the below alert.  It says firewall failed, does this mean that
I am not getting any firewall service and that I am exposed?  Please
advise.  Thanks.

Microsoft Firewall failed. The failure occurred during Initialization of
reverse Network Address Translation (NAT).  because the configuration
property  of the key
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\Arrays\{61EFC420-9150-47E4-ADF6-768E993D302C}\Publishing\PNATServerMappings\{5EAA528F-6AAC-4F46-AC06-B150008179D9}\ClientSetsExcluded
could not be accessed. Use the source location 2.546.3.0.1200.165 to
report the failure. The error code in the Data area of the event
properties indicates the cause of the failure.
