I do have the Java console configured for the proxy. It seems to pick
the setting up from IE. I also have isa currently set to basic
authentication. Also tested removing the "ask for authentication", does
not help...
Do you know if this is a limitation on ISA or the Java plug-in? Did you
ever manage to get this working with any config on ISA?

1) Enable basic authentication. You may also need to disable digest.
I've never had any luck get Java to go through with digest enabled.
2) Pray the applets don't try to talk directly with the remote host.
Otherwise you'll be hitting your "open port button" (Hi Tom :) for God
only knows what.
3) Make sure your JRE (for example, Sun Java Plugin) is correctly
configured for a proxy.

Hi,
I currently have an ISA server running win2003 with ISA 2000. The server
is set to ask for authentication/intergrated/diggest with the domain. I
now have a problem opening Java applets via the ISA server. The problem
is
that the ISA server recurringly asks for authentication. when trying to
access the web page. (www.crazyplay.com) memeber games. Does anyone know
how to get Java Applet to work via ISA 2000
