All port scan

Hi,
I am receiving a lot of "all port scan attack" from my ADSL router ip
addresses ( i have 5 ADSL routers, each with 2mb). In fact i receive
around 1 every 2-3 minutes. I think this is slowing our bandwidth down
somewhat and would like to know how I can stop this from happening.
I have disabled intrusion detection and it has stopped logging the all
port scan attack, but I dont think this stops it from actually happening.
Or does it?
How can I stop it?
