Adding extra IP Addresses to external interface

Hi all,
Just wanted to make sure doing the right thing as I'm coming to make
this change on Saturday this week.
If you are adding extra IP addresses to the external interface, is it a
case of shutting down the ISA services (ISA2004) adding the IP addresses
and then restarting the services?
