Can you get to the share with the scripts via UNC name? Have you checked your DNS? -----Original Message----- From: Ball, Dan [mailto:DBall@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, June 27, 2005 9:52 AM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] Active Directory Problems... http://www.ISAserver.org Two things happened on Friday: One, the ISA2004 server ran out of disk space. I cleared out excess files to get the ISA server working again, so that is up and running. Two, I re-assigned Reserved IP addresses. There were some temporary connection problems, but a DHCP refresh cleared them up. However, now I'm running into a lot of problems with login scripts, they aren't running. When reviewing the logs, it appears they are failing because they cannot be found, errors such as "The format of the specified network name is invalid". My question is, could the ISA server running out of disk space cause these kind of problems on an extended basis? All the workstations have the Firewall Client installed, and it's about the only thing I haven't tested yet. ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 Exchange Server Resource Site: http://www.msexchange.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: tradtke@xxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
