Hi Joseph

Probably should have included you in the original message.

I'm not getting any errors apart from host not found, and when I look at
the log there is no entry at all for nntp for my pc in bermuda.

Hello,
I believe that Bermuda is the only place in the world that you can truly
have a tri-homed setup. I don't think that msnews.microsoft.com allows
for vpn access to the news groups.

Jim/Tom

Have I missed something simple or is there an issue with public
newsgroup access over a vpn, ie msnews.microsoft.com. All the clients in
the main office (Scotland) have access no problem, but here in Bermuda I
cannot access any over the vpn. I can access them if I drop the vpn
which wouldn't be a problem apart from the fact that 2 particular
newsgroups that I subscribe to are on my Scottish ISP's private server.

Help
