I don't understand-- "totally separate" and "to be shared."

ISA will only support on "Internet" connection.  You could certainly set up
multiple networks that connect to the Internet for "special use," but only
one would be viewed by ISA as "External."

If you want to "share" internet connections, you need something that will do
that-- a great (and cheap) way of doing that is to buy the Netgear box I was
talking about:

That one supports point-to-point VPN as well, which is why it is more
expensive.

But you just take your two DSL connections and plug them into that, then
take the internal gigabit connection right to your ISA external.

It will do exactly what you want it to do - take two different ISP
connections and share them between the internal network.
