We use a product called Chaperon from CornerPost software. I give it
high marks also. One thing we really like is it updates it database every
night and will also block inappropriate content not in its database. Highly
configurable and they have excellent support.

http://www.websense.com/ . Websense allows for quota management, content
management, download management, the works. While we have yet to implement
this product, I have several associates who use it who will literally rant
your ear off about how good it is.

it hits the desktop browser and additional features that allow control of
downloads, etc. I have narrowed my search down to GFI Download Security or
possibly the new product by Symantec for ISA.
