I'm not really sure. However, that machine died :(. It was a brand new machine too! Now to get the backup in place. Maybe that's why I was experience issues. Not sure until I investigate more. Somehow the dreaded 10060 error came back or at least started. I've followed all the rules on deleting the cache and all and it seems to be back. Never had this problem before I booted my servers.
