I am looking for a couple of people to become members of the 
moderation team.  My only real requirements to apply are:

.  you are a subscribed member

.  you complete the following sentence in your application: I 
would like to be a member of the Blind Tech Mailing List 
Moderation Team because...  (no word limit).
