i have taken this message from a fb post.
Taking a disability certificate every 3 years is a real ordeal for all of
us.
Some people say after 18 years the kids will get permanent disability
certificate. I fail to understand the logic behind this rule, if there
is one such. Even after 18 our kids need to have a legal guardian. Dis
certificate is not any kind of licence.
The official website of kerala SWD seems to be in no mood to answer any
query related to disability.
Why should we suffer? Somebody should bell all these cats.
