[infotech] idea for future of InfoTech

Hi, I was reading a thread recently about the future of InfoTech and wanted to
suggest an idea for getting people to contribute. It is similar to the way
bookshare.org works when you scann and submit books to it. For each submission,
you get a credit which slightly lowers the cost of a renewed subscription. How
about taking a little bit of the price of a renewal for each contribution from
