[infoshare] question about sap

hey all. i have a question about sap for those who have timewarner
cable. when you put sap on the cable box does it have spanish or audio
discription? i call newsline a lot too see what i can watch in
discription but no discription comes out. not even spanish only pbs
kids. who can i contact about audio discription. thanks
