      Hi, All.
You never know when you might need this little trick. I use it quite a
bit.
this works in folders such as My documents and in E-mail programs.

      1. Highlight the first item to be copied or moved.
      2. Press and hold the Control Key.
      3. Press The Down Arrow. If you would like that item, press the
spacebar to select it.
      4. Continue holding the Control key as you press your down Arrow. Your
screen reader should announce that the item is not selected. you should press
the spacebar to highlight the item.
      5. Continue this process for all the items you would like to copy or
move. when done, release your fingers and do what you must. <smile>
Remember: Control-C to copy, Control-X to cut and Control-V to paste
your objects.

      Have a good night.
      Lynne
