  That's been tried before, but with no success at all.  We, the A CB, wrote 
letters to time warner cable to send a representative too come to one of our 
meetings to discuss this on going problem.  We didn't even get a response from 
them at all. But yet, there are people within our own community, who always 
take the side of these companies who try and justify there positions by saying 
that we're not enough of a market share that would make it possible for them in 
not providing accessibility too products and services that we use. Yet, there 
more then happy to take our money on a monthly basis, while not providing 
blind, and visually impaired persons equal access too the same services that 
are provided too people who can see. To hell with this concept of structured 
negociations, the only language that many of these companies understand, is too 
be taken too court.  After all, I'm sure that with all of the resources that 
time warner cable has, along with these other companies, could wellafford too 
develop and implement this technology if they really wanted too.
