It is available from Rawhide. Add:

[rawhide]
name=Fedora Rawhide
baseurl=ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/Fedora/RPMS

and try. Not sure if Yum is capable of handling ftp: URLs.
