[Ilugc] why Winamp is not available for Linux platform ?

Why ironically? It's called Winamp. Hazard a guess as to which platform
it runs on. As for whether it's open-source, Wikipedia is your friend.

If you want to use a similar application use Audacious, Beep Media
Player, or xmms.
