While I understand the CMP (Common Minimum Programme) is still a
work-in-progress, it is an attempt to get F/OSS like minded people to
join a coalition to address, promote the use of free/open standards in
India.
as far as I can see, the CMP is a dream - fosscomm appears to be run by 2 NGOs
who are using the FOSS community to get funding. There is big money in FOSS
promotion now, and the vultures are gathering.
