[Ilugc] unable to run rpm -ivh or any rpm command

hi

debian has its own packaging system.
you can use "dpkg" or "dselect" commands to install/uininstall packages.
You can also use rpm with debian. For this you have to first install rpm 
package using "dpkg" or "dselect".
I think using rpm on debian is not at all safe.
