OK. Let us take a sample synopsis from their website:
"LA102 Linux System Administration course is specifically designed to
rapidly train on skills required for administering a Linux Server.
This course focus on the advance level of Linux Administration,
through it starts from the basis. It provides training from
fundamental concepts with hand on session and emphasis on
administration through shell command."
Would you care to explain what exactly is of a high standard in this
drivel? Not even the spelling, idioms or grammar. I would really
appreciate it if you could post a summary of your interaction with
this so-called academy at MIT, and why you felt they knew what they
were saying.
Note : Not every one can learn by themself, it varies from person to
person. To open the door initially we need to give some bit of force, I
feel some person might have that force, but others might not have. I
feel for others this type of training centers will be door opening.
While I agree with what you are trying to say here, I am positive that
this kind of fly-by-night operator is NOT the kind of push Linux
needs. Let this academy be a bit open about themselves - who their
faculty are, what are their credentials - I might give them the
benefit of doubt. Certainly not before.
