[Ilugc] regarding lspci

Normally lspci is in /sbin/ dir. AFAIK, It is not the part of busybox. 
It is from pciutils tools. Copy the lspci command from PPC Toolchain 
to your PPC filesystem.
 

In toolchain , i could not find  any lspci . Can you please make it clear.
