Whereas if you put multiple binaries, the version
control sw will choke since a one line change in the
source that produced the binary will be completely
different.
My binaries come from *external* sources, ie. not compiled
out of source that sits in the same repository. Some files
are binary only, and I don't even have the source for them.
I need to ensure that a certain release has all the correct
versions of all these individual binaries as well my own
binaries generated from CVS source.
