This question and the question by the OP are both 'bad' questions. They are bad
because, both make very generalized assertions and then ask 'technical'
explanations for those assertions.

Well, if you 'heard' something from someplace, it is always better to verify
whether what you 'heard' is true, before assuming it is and asking why M$ has
