[Ilugc] port :443 not supporting in IE6

Very Sorry that i do not have answer but I will suggest "not to " support
IE6 anymore. IE6 is totally insecure. You can detect browser in javascript
and if browser = IE6 then just put a notice that "Please download new
version of FireFox or Chrome, We do not support this old and crap software"
PS: making website to work on IE6 is a big pain and headache. a developer
can understand it. And very developer must boycott IE.
