[Ilugc] phonetic TSCII Font in linux

Friends.

I use MAndrake 9.1. It gives me a tamil typewriting environment in
Typewriting Keyboard layout using TSCII fonts.

I can remember the days I used to type in tamil in Phonetic Keyboard
Layout using Keyman software on that Windows9x.

I don't know the typewriting in tamil.

so, dear friends. plz guide me how to setup the phonetic keyboard
layout in mdk9.1 or other.
