I never said that contributing to open source means working on a team of
tons of people. It can be a single man show as well.

The point that wanted to stress was that requirements in
http://sourceforge.net/people/ other similar efforts would interest the
people who raised thier concern on open source developement in ILUGC.

I think the topic took a minor deviation. Do you have something to say to
the enthusiastic developers?

I did not want ILUGC to become a development Portal. I thought of some
complex problems can be solved by our groups. Most universities are
doing some R&D in solving complex problems in AI, Mission critical
applictions. I am telling like that. Not small Projects and all. My
focus is to give a real time solution which will be useful to the
people in our country.
