thank u for all ur responses. atlast we found how to stop the popup on
each click.
open Netscape (not mozilla), goto Edit -> Preferences
In that Navigator -> Smart Browsing.
Disable "What's Related" checkbox
after this the popup saying 'xslt.alexa.com could not be found' stopped
in (Mozilla) when not connected to internet!!
