Yes, the Atom Z520 does support VT-x and yes, vmx flag shows VT-x
support. Your link provides information for the Z500. The Z520 supports
VT-x? but the Z500 does not.
Just use the processor finder (linked below) and filter for all the
processors that have the features you want.
