[Ilugc] how to run a php file with apache

1. Are you using mod_userdir? As guruprasad said, php is disabled in
user's DocumentRoot

this is a virtual host - and anyway I do not see any mod_userdir in mods-
enabled - it is there in mods-available

2. Since you haven't mentioned it anywhere I'll ask this. Have you
reloaded/restarted apache after installing and configuring mod_php?
