[Ilugc] how to get a copy of all out going mails from end user without knowing to them.

Dear all,

I am using cobalt qube3 mail server in my office, in
client side we are using eudora and outlook express.
one important document were sent outside through mail.
so i would like to trace what are all the mails are
going out or can i get a copy of the mails. Can any 1
help me in this regard.
