I need suggestions and help from you ..
I have four different online bioinformatics web servers....
eg. BLAST, PFAM, COG, PRODOM (Online database servers)
I need to send same query to four servers and fetch the results of four
servers ...
Because i have lot number of queries, i cant do it as single operations as
manual... it should be automated
How i can do it better using open source distros?
