There seems to be some problem with ftp.iitm.ac.in

aptitude update

Err ftp://ftp.iitm.ac.in unstable Release.gpg
PASS failed, server said: OOPS: cannot change

Err ftp://ftp.iitm.ac.in testing Release.gpg
PASS failed, server said: OOPS: cannot change

For the past week or so, am facing similar problems in installing
updates from this mirror.
