Hi
--------- I tried to ftp another server in my network
Those were the wording he used. So it means that he is using his own
network.
In case he is not the admin then he will have to make certain that he is
registered in the kerberos database inorder to login as a client. So
call the admin now and create a database entry for kerberos.

r u using fedora core 1. If yes use vsftp. Its simple to setup and
safe too.
Note that he wants to connect to a server and he is not running the
server. How can he enforce to use vsftp on the server which is
administered by someone else?
