Thanks for your support and encourages in tamil e-magazine for foss.
Now, I am looking for any free online workflow management system to
manage the tasks.
The flow will be like this.
A author joins the project.
He submits the written or translated article
proof reader reads it and fixes it with proper images/links etc
editor approves the article
designer collects approved article and adds in the file for magazine
designer releases the pdf file
proof reader checks the file
editor approves it
release manager releases it.
There may be some more tasks too.
Anyone should join the project and they can take any task they want.
team members should get email alert for the activities.
File attachments should be there.
Looking for your suggestions.
