Thanks for all inputs. I will disable jpg to png conversion by default in
configuration file but user will anytime enable it.(I was not aware that jpg
is now patent-less format). My main concentration will be on conversion of
close, patent based, royaltee based proprietary formats.

PS: I was that normally user do not convert their files to open format
because of time and effort applied in conversion process. This happens with
everybody. So I just thought for Freedom Bucket which will this job for me.
