[Ilugc] /dev/tty and /dev/fd0

dear friends,

I compiled new kernel 2.6.8. in fedora core 2. there
is no /dev/fd0 and /dev/ttyx, in ctl+atl+F2 GUI is
running. how can I create this fd0 device and virtual
consoles. please help me
