hello
even after the execution of suggested command also not being helpful to resolve 
the issue.
the message is same as earlier "the connection to the server was rest while the 
page was loading"
(on the browser)
in response to wget
Read error (connection reset by peer) in headers
(on the terminal)

Are you able to download the same web pages using wget?
If wget also fails, then try disabling tcp window scaling on your box.
As root, run:
    sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_window_scaling = 0
