[Ilugc] bsnl datacard ICC with ubuntu ?

It works kind of out of the box. Just create a mobile broadband connection
with "bsnlnet" and connect to it.For Windows BSNL has provided a fancy app
which has connect button / calling options etc and installs something. But
with ubuntu 10.04 it just recognizes.
PS: Modem used was Teraom LW272.BSNL also provides huwaei modems.
