[Ilugc] auto-logout in redhat 7.3

Is this from the console login that you are talking about? If yes, it
could be because you have the TMOUT variable set to 900 (which is the
seconds equivalent of 15 mins). But I doubt thats redhat 7.3's default
feature.
If its the graphical environment, look at your graphical environment's
settings.
