[Ilugc] abt yahoo messenger Problem

hai everybody
I am using Redhat 9.0 while i am trying to open yahoo messenger, i can't open.

i 'd downloaded from the yahoo website as a rpm format and also i'd
sucessfully installed..it's shortcut  is in the start menu.but it
can't open.i tried to uninstall and reinstall that.Please help me.
